Can't find your Certificate or Statement of Attainment? Complete the form and we'll organise a new copy for you. $30.00 administration fee applies.

Please Note: College Australia is committed to sustainability. In alignment with this commitment, we will exclusively provide an electronic copy of your certificate.

*Please note there is a re-issue fee of $30.00

Your USI is required to be provided prior to your certificate/statement of attainment re-issuance. Delays may incur if we are not provided with your USI. To retrieve or create your USI, head to www.usi.gov.au.

We may require identification authentication to reissue your certificate/statement of attainment. Not providing identification may incur delays.
